Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Generalist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing day to day people support to business units
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand business and help drive employee engagement
  • Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management strongly preferred
  • Or one to two years of experience in the HR field or equivalent education/experience
  • Exceptional client facing abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement new ideas to address challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
