Remote People and Culture Generalist

Job Summary

A cross-channel marketing and customer engagement platform is seeking a Remote People and Culture Generalist.

Must be able to:

• Own the administrative aspects of the onboarding and offboarding process of all employees
• Process employee lifecycle change requests in all HR systems
• Support administration of programs and strategies that enhance our culture

Qualifications Include:

• 2-4 years experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing company
• A self-starter attitude and have no problem taking the initiative to fix what needs to be fixed
• A strong sense of urgency and are able to execute quickly and efficiently while managing competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization
• A process, but also understand that there will be outlier cases that don't fit perfectly inside a box
