Job Summary

An investment company has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Generalist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire employee benefits administration process
• Create a positive and seamless onboarding experience for our new hires
• Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Specialist, or related position
• Intermediate working knowledge of HR functions and procedures
• Intermediate MS skills to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to navigate web-based programs
