Remote People and Culture Generalist
Job Summary
An investment company has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire employee benefits administration process
- Create a positive and seamless onboarding experience for our new hires
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Specialist, or related position
- Intermediate working knowledge of HR functions and procedures
- Intermediate MS skills to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to navigate web-based programs
