Job Summary
A not-for-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People and Culture HR Administrative Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing data entry support for Payroll and Benefits
- Auditing new hire records for accuracy
- Supporting Payroll and Benefits compliance and related communications
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong positive interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- 2 years’ work experience within a Human Resources, Finance, or related professional team environment
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
