A media company has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building strong social connections, feedback mechanisms, and communication lines
- Managing a small team of internal recruiters
- Serving as the first-line resource for all legal employment matters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to Barcelona twice per year; have your passport ready for other travel
- 10+ years of Human Resources / People Leadership with accomplished track record
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in a fast-growing Internet tech start-up
- Recognized certifications such as SHRM-SCP
