Job Summary
A managed services operator has a current position open for a Remote People and Culture Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing and managing cyclical P&C programs end-to-end
- Developing change management plans and partner with internal communications
- Setting metrics and gathering feedback from the organization
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- 5+ years of experience managing programs, and/or simultaneous projects, preferably in Human Resources
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with management and leadership
- Passionate about details, planning, prioritization, and organization
- Crisp and clear written and verbal communication skills
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
