Job Summary

A managed services operator has a current position open for a Remote People and Culture Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing and managing cyclical P&C programs end-to-end
• Developing change management plans and partner with internal communications
• Setting metrics and gathering feedback from the organization

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business
• 5+ years of experience managing programs, and/or simultaneous projects, preferably in Human Resources
• Experience presenting to and building relationships with management and leadership
• Passionate about details, planning, prioritization, and organization
• Crisp and clear written and verbal communication skills
• High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
