Job Summary
A non-profit medical care system is filling a position for a Remote People and Culture Solutions Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Prioritizing and organizing tasks and resources
- Participating and offering process improvements
- Providing support, development, and/or guidance to all HRSC Tier 1 and Tier 2 services
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of experience in human resources or call center experience
- Thorough knowledge of benefits, talent acquisition, and position management
- Complex problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Good decision-making ability
- Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently
