Job Summary

A non-profit medical care system is filling a position for a Remote People and Culture Solutions Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Prioritizing and organizing tasks and resources
  • Participating and offering process improvements
  • Providing support, development, and/or guidance to all HRSC Tier 1 and Tier 2 services

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of experience in human resources or call center experience
  • Thorough knowledge of benefits, talent acquisition, and position management
  • Complex problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Good decision-making ability
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently
