Job Summary
A user experience and interface design firm has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with department leads, resourcing and talent acquisition teams to ensure the success of each new hire, and updating our onboarding processes as needed
- Bringing forward ideas and solutions for continuous improvement of culture, inclusion, and overall employee experience at MetaLab
- Championing company-wide events and initiatives, including coordination of both virtual events and in-person events all around the world
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and care
- Strong project management skills and able to casually organize chaos like it’s NBD
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask across a variety of projects
- 2+ years of experience in a People Ops or similar role
