Job Summary

A cloud security company is filling a position for a Remote People and Culture Technology Platforms Director.

Must be able to:

• Actively shape the employee experience transformation roadmap
• Oversee business process design across core human capital verticals
• Manage efficient allocation of resources

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 12+ years of experience
• 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience within an HR organization
• Transformational experience implementing solutions across people, process and technology
• Deep expertise in HR Technology, including SAP/SuccessFactors
• Proven track record of driving change across a globally diverse organization
