A software company specializing in recruitment software has a current position open for a Remote People and Hiring Director in Bradenton.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating, updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Placing and managing job postings and facilitate the interview and hiring process
• Building the company’s employment brand through employment marketing efforts

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
• 5+ years of hiring AND people management experience
• Excellent organizational management skills
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development,
• Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources related programs and processes
