An e-Commerce group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support local delivery of Talent and Culture processes
• Support assigned area’s managers in the consolidation of work environments
• Establish relationships with each of the members of the assigned area

Qualifications Include:

• Four years of solid experience acting as a HR Generalist in other companies
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Be an open-minded and empathetic person
• Unwavering attention to detail and follow-through
• Have availability and flexibility to work with excellent time management skills
• Effective organization skills
