Job Summary

An augmented writing platform has an open position for a Remote People Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with leaders to cultivate a culture that reflects the principles of the organization
• Identifying the appropriate strategy and the activities needed to help with performance, retention and career growth
• Helping to design, evolve and execute on performance management, employee engagement and talent development programs

Qualifications for this position include:

• Solid experience as an HRBP or HRB supporting technical and non-technical roles
• Have built strong and trusted relationships with leaders and ICs
• Managed complex employee relations and poses deep understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Known for having excellent coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills
• Passionate about the employee experience and are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging
