Job Summary
A privately-held software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues
- Partner and coach managers & individuals to ensure they & their teams are growing & meeting their individual & team objectives
- Work closely with management & team members to improve work relationships, build morale & increase productivity & retention
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of People experience in recruiting, employee relations, people operations, compensation/benefits, etc
- Demonstrated past success supporting teams, preferably a rapidly growing tech organization
- Discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials
- Demonstrated past success in building and owning people programs
- Experience managing employee relations issues that includes participation in investigations, handling employee disciplinary issues, etc
- Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues
