Job Summary

A company that provides point-of-sale solutions to small businesses has an open position for a Remote People Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being a trusted advisor & coach to leadership & play a critical role in enhancing their leadership effectiveness within your client groups
• Partnering with colleagues & stakeholders & leaders to deliver a P&C service in line with needs & priorities of our growing teams
• Acting as the first line of contact in People & Culture for any employee relations’ issues

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor degree in HR or related discipline
• Experience in a HR generalist and People Business Partner function within a software technology company
• Experience working on large, global and potentially complex projects that span across the organization
• Knowledge of US labour regulations (Canadian is a plus)
• Experience in Employee Relations for the US (Canada is a plus)
• Experience in managing complex law issues
