Job Summary
A solar company is seeking a Remote People Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and implementing initiatives and programs requiring HR knowledge and skills
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on human resource issues
- Partnering with company leaders to identify and address organizational needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- 6+ years of HR experience, and working in an HRBP function for at least 2 years
