Remote People Business Partner

Job Summary

A mental health care company is seeking a Remote People Business Partner.

Must be able to:

• Organize and become a subject matter expert on People/HR related benefits and services
• Interface with company employees and triage HR-related needs as the first point of contact for HR-related questions
• Identify and execute on continuous improvement of People/HR programs

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity as an HR Business Partner
• BA/BS required
• Knowledgeable about all state and national regulations concerning all aspects of employment
• Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practices of HR
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
