Job Summary
A mental health care company is seeking a Remote People Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Organize and become a subject matter expert on People/HR related benefits and services
- Interface with company employees and triage HR-related needs as the first point of contact for HR-related questions
- Identify and execute on continuous improvement of People/HR programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity as an HR Business Partner
- BA/BS required
- Knowledgeable about all state and national regulations concerning all aspects of employment
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practices of HR
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
