Remote People Business Partner

Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote People Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and resolving employee relations issues
• Owning execution and enhancements of programs such as performance reviews and employee engagement surveys
• Using Google Sheets to aggregate data in pivot tables, graphs, charts at a basic level

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of People experience in employee relations, people operations, or an HR Generalist role
• Demonstrated past success in building and owning people programs
• Demonstrated past success supporting teams, preferably a rapidly growing tech organization
• Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google suite and ability to aggregate data in pivot tables, graphs, charts at a basic level
