Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote People Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all HR processes and recordkeeping
- Running reports in HR systems and ensure platforms across the company are always up-to-date with our employee census
- Supporting in the management and implementation of HR technologies
Position Requirements Include:
- Have worked in a fast-paced startup environment where both change and speed are a part of work
- Are resourceful, proactive, and have a strong sense of pride and ownership in your work
- Have 1-2 years experience as an HR Generalist, Executive Assistant or similar role
- Bring exceptional attention to detail, along with a strong sense of urgency and judgment of when and how to escalate issues
- Have a deep care for creating change in the world by building more inclusive, equitable and diverse organizations
