Job Summary
A global information technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Development Head.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute upon the global talent development strategy unique to our company and our remote culture
- Design and deliver learning programs to support all employees to reach their full potential
- Determine the best Learning tools on the market and ultimately research and launch a Learning Platform
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Significant experience in all areas of Learning and Development, with 3+ years in a leadership position
- Expertise in Leadership development is required
- Experience in a tech startup, scale-up experience is a plus
- Experience working in a global environment, supporting learning across multiple geographies and time zones
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong relationships, influence and work with executive level leadership
- You have a creative mindset and can create engaging content
