Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting research and providing insight on employment trends and strategies
- Managing workforce diversity programs
- Overseeing the total rewards programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of employment and benefits laws and compliance requirements
- 7 years related HR experience, 5 of these years in a management role
- Demonstrated experience with coaching and counseling employees
- Experience implementing and administering performance programs
- Must have demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent
- Experience managing and administering an HRIS system
