Job Summary
A video chat software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Experience Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building relationships with business leaders and execute on organizational and people-related activities
- Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback
- Coordinating with the CoEs and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA or BS degree
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Sales or Client Success type functions
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity with ease
