A technology company has a current position open for a Remote People Experience Engineering Manager II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching and mentoring team members toward achieving expectations and progressing in their career
- Understanding, facilitating, and evolving the core processes of team
- Owning the overall health and engineering quality of the product(s) owned within a domain or function
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Software Engineering Management experience
- Experience with Domain Driven Design, cloud-based solutions, and modernization of software systems
- Previous experience working in an agile and team environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills that enable collaboration with technical or business-centric peers
- Prior experience with Cloud Platforms Azure, GCP, or AWS
