A data protection software development firm is filling a position for a Remote People Experience Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and implementing HR programs
- Helping the leadership team set strategies to build culture as well as own culture-building programs
- Optimizing the onboarding process to make it one seamless experience for new joiners
