Job Summary
A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Experience Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drivingpeople projects related to onboarding, performance and feedback, employee engagement, diversity, and recognition
- Being project manager and data engine for the team ensuring that all the people teams are on track with their various initiatives/roll outs
- Maintaining our social channels and profiles in partnership with the recruiting operations team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Deep understanding of HR processes, especially hands-on experience in management/leadership development
- Previous experience in management/leadership development programs and/or learning and development functions
- Business savvy; can quickly develop the business sense to offer relevant HR solutions
- Experience supporting a fully-distributed workforce
- Able to operate at a tactical as well as strategic level
