A digital and online advertising firm is in need of a Remote People Experience PX Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of generalists and specialists
  • Execute a total rewards strategy that supports an award-winning employee experience
  • Partner to create innovative solutions to help solve business challenges

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least 7 years in forward-thinking Human Resources/People Experience roles
  • At least 2-3 years of prior experience managing others
  • 5 years of Benefits/Compensation experience
  • Passion for developing high performing and collaborative teams
  • Hands-on experience using BIG systems like UltiPro, ADP, or Workday.
  • Consultative and agile mindset to meet the ever-changing needs of the business
