Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote People Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and hiring a People Team
• Reporting to the VP, Operations and collaborating closely with Head of Talent Acquisition and the Leadership Team
• Translating the culture and overall company strategy into a People Strategy and implementing it

Qualifications Include:

• Experience in team management and team coaching
• Excellent knowledge of US labour law and know how to manage compliance in a multinational organisation.
• Experience in an international environment and knowing how to address both the organizational as well as cultural challenges that come with a global and distributed team
• Good understanding of People Analytics
• Experience in implementing organization-wide processes in place
