Job Summary
A higher education organization has an open position for a Remote People Management and Organizational Change and Culture Adjunct Faculty Member.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate and provide feedback on student coursework
- Assist with development and refinement of curriculum
- Facilitate the delivery of the organization's curriculum
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some travel will be required for faculty meetings
- Terminal degree or working towards a doctorate (ABD) is required
- Master’s degree required in the related field
- SPHR Certification
- Must have a minimum of 7-10 years senior level management/leadership experience in the related field
- The ability to both coach and instruct adult learners in an online environment
