Job Summary

A real estate services company has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and making recommendations on process and/or systems improvement opportunities
  • Building and automating user-friendly, self service reports and dashboards
  • Managing key projects within the team and cross functionally when necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience working in People Operations
  • Prior experience with HRIS and People systems/data
  • Excellent problem-solving capability and analytical abilities
  • Enthusiasm and passion for quality and attention to detail
