Job Summary
A software developer that creates products for customer service needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Operations and Analytics Specialist in West Middlesex.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Representing the voice of People Operations and be a champion in the use of people data and analytics to drive efficiencies in the production and consumption of People reporting
- Handling inbound employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions in our system of record, ADP and other People systems, and escalate issues and see them through completion
- Proactively identifying process improvements and collaborate toward a more productive process that improves the employee and/or manager’s experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Benefits, Payroll, Data Analytics or HRIS administration
- Experience working in a People Operations department strongly preferred with 2 years of experience, Co-op and internship experience will be considered
- Mathematical & analytical skills - Mathematical aptitude required; advanced statistical knowledge beneficial
- Experience in People Systems (i.e., ADP, Lattice, Bonusly, Wellable)
