Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Associate .
Must be able to:
- Provide customer service and relationship management to families whose children are patients, as their primary point of contact
- Implement a variety of custom operational processes to schedule appointments, handle cancellations, respond to family/therapist requests
- Utilize a variety of third-party software tools to complete daily tasks: Slack, Front, CRM, EHR software, business messaging software
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience working a customer-facing operations role; strong customer service skills
- Native fluency in English, written and spoken
- Detail-oriented and excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
- Previous experience working in healthcare or working with clinical (physicians, mental health professionals) preferred but not required
