- Observing and identifying trending issues
- Reviewing, auditing, and approving workflows and data
- Coordinating problem solving with team members from Payroll, CBCPs, Onboarding, IT, and Talent Operations
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years customer service or HR experience in a direct service capacity
- Have contributed to the creation of new systems or processes, optimizing for tech enhancements

- Have experience juggling multiple and shifting priorities
