Job Summary
A service commerce platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Operations Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Align department and business goals with HR priorities using metric-driven consulting
- Coach managers through performance review process, support in talent assessment, and implement any team changes
- Guide and oversee HR compliance, policy, and process.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years in an HR capacity
- Experience building relationships with senior business leaders
- Validated knowledge of employment laws, regulations and personnel policies
- Experience working as a Business Partner and/or understanding how the business partner model works
- Ability to multitask, execute while wearing many hats, and meet deadlines on a daily basis
