Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote People Operations Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and executing on HR initiatives focused on making the organization more effective (e.g. performance evaluation cycle
- Partnering with People Ops team on the execution of compensation review
- Supporting the business with organizational change and development
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HR experience
- Previous supported employee populations of 500+
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, CA employment laws, and industry best practices
- Have successful track record of implementing HR processes
- Able to work at a high level of autonomy to manage multiple ongoing issues and complex employee matters
- Have excellent communication skills
