Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Remote People Operations Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively identifying gaps in processes and take ownership to create a more seamless and efficient solution
- Successfully managing multiple calendars
- Enhancing candidate, new hire, and employee experience through proactive communication
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a Coordination, Administrative and/or Assistant capacity
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Working proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and the ability to remain organized and multitask
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
