Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote People Operations Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the People Operations ServiceNow ticketing queue
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidate, new hire, employee, and manager inquiries
- Coordinate transactional-based tasks
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and recognize immediate needs
- Proven track record of picking up new processes, systems, and office support technology
- Strong teamwork skills and able to recognize when to jump in when others need help
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing in a professional and effective manner
