Job Summary

A real estate company is in need of a Remote People Operations Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain the People Operations ServiceNow ticketing queue
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate, new hire, employee, and manager inquiries
  • Coordinate transactional-based tasks

Position Requirements Include:

  • Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize and recognize immediate needs
  • Proven track record of picking up new processes, systems, and office support technology
  • Strong teamwork skills and able to recognize when to jump in when others need help
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing in a professional and effective manner
