Job Summary
A think tank for women in business has an open position for a Remote People Operations Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support new hire onboarding
- Provide high-touch employee support
- Support People Operations team with all HRIS-related data changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven experience to quickly adapt new HR-related software tools and programs
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a high growth organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Comfortable with data auditing techniques (pivot tables, Xlookups, Vlookups, ect)
