A think tank for women in business has an open position for a Remote People Operations Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support new hire onboarding
  • Provide high-touch employee support
  • Support People Operations team with all HRIS-related data changes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Proven experience to quickly adapt new HR-related software tools and programs
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a high growth organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Comfortable with data auditing techniques (pivot tables, Xlookups, Vlookups, ect)
