Job Summary

A think tank for women in business has an open position for a Remote People Operations Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Support new hire onboarding
Provide high-touch employee support
Support People Operations team with all HRIS-related data changes

Skills and Requirements Include:

Proven experience to quickly adapt new HR-related software tools and programs
Experience in a similar role, ideally in a high growth organization
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Comfortable with data auditing techniques (pivot tables, Xlookups, Vlookups, ect)
