Job Summary
A non-profit political organization has an open position for a Remote People Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing benefits administration for employees
- Managing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll administration
- Driving all employee on & off-boarding experiences
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be willing to travel up to twice a year
- At least 5 years of work experience ideally in a nonprofit or political setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates/employees
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, from being self-starter to working independently
- Knowledge of HR / People practices & processes required
