- Managing our People Operations Managers, Coordinators and Specialists
- Evolving our processes to ensure scalability and automation
Position Requirements Include:
- 6-8 years progressive experience leading People Operations teams in a high growth environment
- Experience with overseeing global people operations and HR services teams
- Ability to scale systems and processes in a high-growth, high-change environment
- Demonstrated ability to balance critical thinking with detailed focus on execution
- Ability to toggle between the 10 foot view of challenges or projects and the strategic level
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
