Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote People Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing employee development programs
- Overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's vision, values and business objectives.
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least five years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs
- Typically, but not mandated, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
