Job Summary
A software support company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Operations Director in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a best-in-class employee engagement program
- Oversee the creation of an amazing candidate and employee experience, and facilitate staff training
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits and retention plans that are competitive and cost-effective
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent required
- A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least three years of HR leadership experience
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification strongly preferred
