A senior service offering provider is filling a position for a Remote People Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a scalable people operations function
- Focus on providing a seamless employee experience through a SLA based response approach
- Own, manage, and enhance the HR tech stack
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong track record of building and leading teams in high-growth companies
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations spanning owning HR technology, processes, analytics and compliance
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with ambiguity
