A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Generalist.

- Developing and managing a plan for employee activities that sustains and improves the remote culture
- Refining and managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Partnering with hiring managers to help with recruiting efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience working at a remote-first company
- Proven track record of nurturing and improving employee engagement, culture and company-values
- Ability to take on projects that are outside of your comfort zone to grow as a professional
- Ability to experiment with different approaches to create the best possible employee experience
- Experience handling complex or nuanced HR issues so that both employee and employer walk away satisfied
