A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote People Operations Generalist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing HR observations related to departmental issues
- Supporting employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations
- Taking ownership, managing and responding to the HR inbox
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of Human Resource experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully
- Knowledge and understanding of a variety of areas within Human Resources
- Highly collaborative style, capable of working across multiple functional areas to represent the People team
