A data platform technology provider has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Head.
Must be able to:
- Partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions
- Provide leadership to the team and support functions
- Partner with Marketing to develop a strong and consistent employer brand
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- 2+ years HR Management
- Master at coaching and influencing
- Experience advising and counseling managers on how to build develop plans
- B.S./B.A or equivalent in HR, business or related field
- Direct experience with modern SaaS tools
