Job Summary
An analytics consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying training needs for teams and individual coaching needs
- Driving the culture and ensure everything the teams do aligns with our core values
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the greater people group to identify areas for improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years in an HR or people operations role
- Working knowledge of a variety of people ops disciplines
- Analytical mindset and experience using data to influence decision-making
- Business acumen and a natural curiosity to quickly build a strong understanding of the business functions and priorities
- Ability to both think strategically about big picture changes for the organization and dig in on how to tactically achieve them
- Proven experience building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization
