A global social welfare nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote People Operations Human Resources Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing recruitment processes
- Maintaining HR systems
- Maintaining HR records and files
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and hiring
- Have a strong equity lens, understand oppression
- Be comfortable with technology, learning and figuring out new systems
- Be familiar with applicable best practices, rules, and laws in hiring and HR
- Be able to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Ability to navigate working across multiple time zones
