A decor rental company is seeking a Remote People Operations Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, onboarding, compensating, developing, and retaining our amazing people
- Owning the ongoing processes for payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
- Building and maintaining recruiting, onboarding, and retention programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in people operations and/or human resources management
- Experience across benefits, payroll, and timekeeping processes
- Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees
- Experience in survey design and administration as well as results data analysis
- Start-up experience, working with a fast paced team and entrepreneurial environment
- Enabling remote and distributed teams
