Job Summary

A decor rental company is seeking a Remote People Operations Human Resources Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Hiring, onboarding, compensating, developing, and retaining our amazing people
  • Owning the ongoing processes for payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
  • Building and maintaining recruiting, onboarding, and retention programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in people operations and/or human resources management
  • Experience across benefits, payroll, and timekeeping processes
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees
  • Experience in survey design and administration as well as results data analysis
  • Start-up experience, working with a fast paced team and entrepreneurial environment
  • Enabling remote and distributed teams
