Job Summary

- Leading day-to-day of HR functions and the People Operations team
- Executing strategic priorities, goals, and special projects
- Applying and monitoring policies and procedures across organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bring at least 3-5 years of HR experience across a range of HR functions
- Have a strong equity lens, understand oppression, and bring anti-oppression principles
- Have excellent organizational and project management skills
- Familiar with change management strategies to be used within the People Operations team
- Be comfortable with technology, learning and figuring out new systems
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
