Job Summary

An internet services company has an open position for a Remote People Operations Human Resources Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building genuine connections with employees
• Acting as the first line of support for most People related questions
• Working with the People Team and PEO partners to administer health and wellness benefits

Required Skills:

• 2x per year full company offsite events
• 3+ years of experience working within a high functioning People/HR team
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a shared goal
• Proficiency with People Management Systems
• Demonstrated experience in project and process management
