Job Summary

A real estate technology company is in need of a Remote People Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Shape the HR strategy around our unique culture, not on old school principles
  • Build up the HR team for the entire company
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches and procedures to effect continual improvements

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Direct experience with 360 reviews, employee feedback and engagement strategy
  • Experience in scaling teams at the corporate level
  • Clear understanding of HR processes and legality
  • 5+ years of direct experience
